Refunds and returns policy

Astor Montgomery upholds the highest standards of quality and service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions for Return

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by packaging and proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Items Not Eligible for Return (unless faulty)

  • Skincare, cosmetics, and hair care products once opened or used
  • Cologne, perfume, and fragrance products once opened or used
  • Earrings and pierced jewellery
  • Underwear, lingerie, and intimate garments
  • Sale and clearance items

How to Return an Item

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days. Astor Montgomery will provide a prepaid return label and issue either a replacement or a full refund.
